Exchange and return policy

We do not have a return or exchange service except in the following cases:

  • Receiving a product that does not match the customer's request
  • Manufacturers' damage

Cases in which the request for return or exchange is not accepted:

  • The expiry of the exchange and return period, which ranges from 3 days from the date of receipt
  • The abaya must not be used or damaged
  • A customer who did not like the abaya/ dress (the store is not responsible for not knowing in advance the fabrics and product details mentioned in the product)
  • Modification of the abaya by the customer
  • Damage or removal of abaya label / package
